Program Administration Support Officer

An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised Administration Officer to directly support GMLLEN’s VET Cluster Coordinator. In this vital role, you’ll help coordinate communication, scheduling and documentation across schools, RTOs and industry partners—ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all VET Cluster activities. If you thrive on organisation and enjoy being the go-to support for a busy coordinator, this role places you at the centre of improving vocational pathways for young people

This appointment will be at .4FTE. Can be flexible to spread over school hours.

Our Recruitment Process

Please find below an outline of how our recruitment process works

  • Submit your application including a resume and addressing the Key Selection Criteria
  • You will receive an email acknowledging that your application has been received by us
  • Candidates are shortlisted
  • If you are shortlisted, we will contact you to invite you to an interview
  • If your interview is successful, we will reach out to your two referees
  • If your referee check is successful and you are chosen for the role, we will call you to offer you the position
  • We will then prepare your contract and commence the onboarding process.

What is Expected in an Application
