Timetables explanation

These examples are provided to give inspiration and ideas to those in industry who need support to establish work experience opportunities. Please use these as prompts – everything is negotiable, including:

  • Days of the week – your offering does not have to span five days
  • Time of the day – your offering does not have to be broken up this way. We do recommend a 9am start and 3pm finish to allow students to travel by bus during school term.
  • Responsible Team Member – your staffing responsibilities do not have to span several teams, you may wish to structure this as a shadowing scenario, with one person responsible, or any iteration you prefer.

You can use these as guides to create your own – or contact GMLLEN to be sent an editable copy of this table.
